Used flex-wings can cost f rom as little as a couple of thousand pounds for the early machines, to as much as the mid-twenty thousand pounds for the latest high-perfo rmance machines. Most flex-wings a re two-seaters, but the re are a few single-seat designs available too. Engines a re either two-st roke or four-st roke: the two-st rokes cost less to buy but use more fuel and oil per hour, while four- st rokes are more expensive initially but are more economical to run and service.
